Counter Strike Supply Company is seeking a motivated and professional Account Specialist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for developing new agency and organizational accounts while building strong, long-term relationships with the professionals and organizations we serve.

They should be able to work independently and stay focused on their responsibilities and goals while also working effectively as part of a small, team-oriented business. This position requires someone who is comfortable transitioning between account development, customer service, and general retail responsibilities throughout the workday, and who is willing to step in and assist other members of the team when needed. Responsibilities
- Actively seek new business opportunities through various marketing means, follow-ups and other appropriate sales and marketing efforts.
- Introduce prospective customers to Counter Strike Supply Company, identify their uniform, equipment, and supply needs, and help develop those contacts into ongoing customer accounts.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, providing excellent service and product knowledge
- Enter data efficiently into software systems, ensuring all account information is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Previous experience in retail sales, retail store environments and/or emergency services is highly preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity email, Microsoft Office, texting, are required to manage account information effectively.
