Production Schedule:
- Full-time hours starting at 6:30 AM
- 1st shift only
What You Will Do:
As summer help, you’ll play an important role in supporting our production process. This hands-on position involves working with materials, tools, and equipment to help manufacture high-quality laminate countertops while meeting production and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow established manufacturing procedures (may include sanding, assembly, and material handling)
- Complete work orders accurately and on time
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality issues
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills (including fractions and decimals)
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to meet production expectations in a fast-paced environment
Monday-Friday: 6:30am-4:30pm
