Duties
- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service and information about events and facilities
- Manage event setups, ensuring all equipment and materials are prepared and safely handled
- Oversee crowd control during busy periods, resolving conflicts swiftly and professionally to maintain a safe environment
- Conduct safety checks, including first aid response when necessary, and coordinate with emergency services if required
- Handle cash transactions accurately at food service counters or merchandise areas
- Support event execution by managing guest flow, providing public speaking support for announcements or instructions, and assisting with entertainment activities
- Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment during setup and breakdown
Qualifications
- Prior experience in events management, hospitality, or food service is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations
- Certified in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and first aid; additional lifeguard or water safety certifications are a plus
- Experience with manual handling and heavy lifting safely is preferred
- Background in working with children or in theater environments enhances guest engagement capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interaction
- Previous resort experience or familiarity with hospitality settings is advantageous
