The Director, Academic Sales position is a strategic sales role focused on developing new business opportunities and selling solutions throughout the 9-12 and higher education markets. The preferred candidate will be familiar with the mental health crisis taking place on school campuses and passionate about improving access to mental health support for students and faculty nationwide. The Director will have a deep understanding of the US academic market and a proven sales track record. The Director's role is to generate new leads, close new business, and drive renewals. This role offers a base salary with an additional sales commission plan. Counslr offers a generous Paid Time Off program, a matching 401k and a healthcare stipend.
