What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Receptionist/Listing and Sales Coordinator position at Counselor Realty?
We are seeking a detailed oriented PT Receptionist/Listing and Sales Coordinator to join our real estate office located in Coon Rapids! Looking for 2 days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
