This is a full-time (26 clinical hours weekly) hybrid role for an Outpatient Therapist based in Kernersville, NC, with the opportunity for some remote work. The Outpatient Therapist will provide counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, create personalized treatment plans, facilitate therapy sessions, and conduct assessments. Additionally, they will be responsible for case management, collaborating with other professionals, and maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Treatment Planning techniques and strategies
- Experience in Outpatient Clinical Setting
- Proficiency in Family Therapy and individual therapy modalities
- Understanding of psychological theories and practices
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Full Licensure in North Carolina (e.g. LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in both in-person and remote environments
- Previous experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
