Community Associates is seeking substitute staff to provide support to people with developmental disabilities in the community as well as residential settings. If you are looking for a rewarding part-time job with flexible schedule, this may be a right opportunity for you! As we rely on substitute staff for coverage, dependability is a must. You need to be able to assist people with various needs with compassion and patience in all circumstances. What we particularly appreciate in our substitute staff are: good judgment, good mentoring skills, and an ability to connect and forge a respectful relationship. Day time, evening, and weekend hours available. You will set your own schedule, and work as much or little as you want.
