Licensed Professional Counselor (Faith-Based)
Location: Rockwall, TX (Conveniently located near I-30)
Schedule: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week

We are seeking a seasoned, licensed counselor with 8–10 years of clinical experience to join our established counseling practice in Rockwall, Texas. This role is ideal for a confident, faith-based clinician who values integrative care and desires flexibility while continuing meaningful therapeutic work.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is a mature clinician with a broad clinical background who is comfortable working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health concerns. This counselor will provide compassionate, ethical, and clinically sound counseling services while integrating Christian faith principles as appropriate and aligned with client preferences.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families (based on clinician strengths)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a variety of mental health conditions
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when appropriate
- Integrate faith-based perspectives into counseling when desired by the client
- Uphold all ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice
Qualifications
- Active Texas license (LPC)
- 8–10 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience working with a wide range of conditions and populations
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Alignment with and commitment to faith-based counseling principles
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Comfort with telehealth platforms (if providing virtual services)
