seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of

Overview:
Our private practice group is looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join as an Independent
Practitioner to administer psychological tests, score assessments, and document results in a
professional and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
psychological testing methods, an eye for detail, and a commitment to ensuring accurate, ethical,
and objective assessment processes. They will also be willing to apply to insurance panels for
reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
-Administer Psychological Assessments: Conduct psychological tests to assess
cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning in individuals, following standardized
testing protocols.
-Scoring & Data Entry: Accurately score and analyze test results and input data into
secure databases or electronic health records.
-Client Interaction: Create a welcoming, confidential, and comfortable environment for
individuals being assessed. Provide clear instructions and ensure adherence to ethical
testing standards.
-Report Preparation: Generate comprehensive reports based on test results and findings,
offering clear, unbiased, and professional insights.
-Collaboration: Work closely with psychologists, clinical staff, or researchers to discuss
results, share insights, and contribute to research initiatives.
-Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure all client data is kept confidential, and adhere to
ethical guidelines and privacy standards at all times.
-Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and advancements in
psychology, especially in psychological assessment techniques and tools.
Requirements:
-Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited
institution.
-Valid license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Massachusetts.
-Minimum of 6 months of experience conducting psychological assessments, with a
preference for experience working with veterans.
-Proficiency in administering and interpreting a variety of psychological tests and
assessment tools.
-Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
