JOB SUMMARY: Reports to the Mental Health Professional staff for clinical supervision for each assigned client. Functions as a member of the clinical team. Implements new and existing care and interventions according to the clients Treatment Plans per standards and regulations, under the supervision of a Mental Health Professional. Provides a response and psychiatric intervention to clients experiencing emergencies/crisis; emotional disturbances; needing supervision/support/transportation to appointments for coordination of care with other Medicaid care providers and/or agencies effecting client benefits, also needing paraprofessional support and services while accessing community resources; consultations; personal requests; benefits; relationships; financial management monitoring and supervision to ensure personal needs are being met and that the client is not jeopardizing their own well-being and/or housing; monitoring/encouraging medication compliance; living arrangements; meeting individual needs; and functioning within the group; specifically outlined in the MHP Treatment Plan. Ensures proper maintenance of group homes.
