Counseling Associates of the Four States is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing Springfield office.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy services
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with fellow providers to ensure comprehensive client care
- Provide crisis intervention when appropriate
- Serve individuals, couples, families, and other populations based on your clinical expertise
Qualifications
- Current Missouri LPC, LCSW, or equivalent independent mental health license
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
