Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing therapeutic services with a focus on individual, family, and couples counseling. This role is essential in delivering high-quality mental health treatment. The Clinician will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients across various age groups.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual counseling sessions to support clients with mental health issues.
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide specialized care for clients with mental health challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and coding for billing purposes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices.

Requirements

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Valid licensure as a clinician in the state of Oregon.
  • Experience working with clients.
  • Proficiency in conducting individual counseling.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with coding practices for mental health services.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 17.0 – 28.0 per week
