What You’ll Do
- Help coordinate projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and subcontractor communication.
- Support estimating, subcontractor buyout, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
- Work closely with project managers, superintendents, owners, and trade partners.
- Commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or early-career PM.
- Ability to read drawings, stay organized, and follow through.
- Interest in taking greater ownership of project delivery.
- Procore experience is a plus.
