Pay Range: $71,000 - $98,000 (commensurate with experience)
Work Location: COA, Blue Ash, OH - Remote flexibility
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic and mission-driven leader to oversee program operations, guide high-performing teams, and ensure quality service delivery. This role is responsible for aligning departmental goals with COA’s mission, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and develop teams through clear goal-setting, coaching, and performance management
- Monitor program performance and lead strategic initiatives to improve outcomes
- Ensure efficient, equitable service delivery and strong stakeholder collaboration
- Oversee contract compliance, budgeting, and policy adherence
- Promote open communication, innovation, and a positive team culture
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LSW license REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred
- 3 years of management experience, preferably in Medicaid or managed care
- Strong background in care management, contract compliance, and team leadership
- Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel within assigned counties and statewide for training.
