We provide a wide range of services, including case management, nutrition, light housekeeping, and home safety, all aimed at helping seniors live independently and safely in their own homes.

Join the dynamic nutrition services team at Lake County Council on Aging, a premier non-profit provider of senior services.

We are seeking an energetic self-starter for a part-time weekday position in nutrition services. This person will make a positive difference in the lives of hundreds of seniors every day by providing a hot, nutritious meal through our congregate dining services and Meals on Wheels delivery by our volunteers.

An Assistant Site Coordinator is part of all nutrition operations; assisting in the kitchen, packing meals, scheduling volunteers, communicating with clients, entering service in the database, entering a weekly meal order, reporting workbooks and anything else that is needed to ensure the safe delivery of quality nutritious meals to seniors.

This fast-paced part-time position is full of variety and great personal interactions in western Lake County. This is a weekday morning position, five days a week working five hours a day. Lake County Council on Aging offers 12 paid holidays, sick time and other benefits.
