Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction in core subjects
- Create a structured, inclusive classroom for diverse learners
- Build strong relationships with students and families
- Use data to drive instruction and monitor student growth
- Implement positive behavior supports
- Provide targeted support and intervention as needed
- Collaborate with staff and specialists to meet student needs
- Communicate regularly with families and maintain student records
- Participate in ongoing professional learning and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Valid Elementary Teaching Certification
- Experience with elementary students (early childhood a plus)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to equity and high expectations for all students
- Experience with special education or diverse learners preferred
- Title I experience is a plus
