Position Overview
CFR is seeking a licensed, therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist) for a part-time hybrid therapy position in Paoli, PA.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using a culturally informed, evidence-based approach
- Maintain an existing or actively growing caseload, supported by CFR's referral streams
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in peer consultation, team meetings, and professional development
- Uphold ethical and professional standards
- Contribute to the mission and community impact of CFR
- Active Pennsylvania license: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
- Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Existing client caseload OR established referral network
- Strong skills in treating individuals, couples, and families
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and culturally responsive care
