Council for Relationships (CFR) — one of the nation's oldest and most respected counseling organizations, established in 1932 — is seeking a Full-Time and a Part-Time Licensed Clinician to join our growing Philadelphia clinical team as our onsite internship supervisor.
The Role
This in-person position is based primarily at our Center City location with limited presence at our University City office. Hours are from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with weekday availability to see clients, and includes weekend coverage supporting our clinical intern program as an onsite supervisor. This is not a hybrid role — we are looking for clinicians who are energized by being present and embedded in a collaborative clinical community.
Who We Are Looking For
- Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
- Licensed Psychologists (PhD/PsyD)
Comfort with a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach and a genuine commitment to cultural humility and diverse populations are essential. Experience with insurance, Medicaid, and sliding-scale clients is a plus.
