CAO has a proven track record for sourcing and staffing the right talent for top companies at JFK, Newark, and LaGuardia Airports. The Flight Attendant will work onsite at LGA Airport.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be the face of the skies — Greet passengers with a warm smile, assist with luggage, and make every traveler feel at home from takeoff to landing.
- Serve with style — Prepare and serve snacks, meals, and drinks (yes, the fancy ones too!) while processing payments and keeping everyone happy and hydrated.
- Trained to handle anything — From turbulence to medical emergencies, you’ll be ready to jump into action with CPR, first aid, and rock-solid composure.
- Keep passengers informed and safe — Perform safety demos like a pro, make announcements like a broadcaster, and ensure everyone follows the rules with ease.
- Assist with care — Help passengers get settled, especially those needing extra support — from kids flying solo to elderly travelers.
- Keep it polished — Ensure the cabin is clean, compliant, and looking sharp at all times — just like you, in full uniform!
- Stay connected — Use tech tools to complete reports, stay updated, and communicate like a pro on-the-go.
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience
- Ability to report to work at your assigned base within two (2) hours (2.5 hours for NYC bases)
- Possess and maintain a valid passport and equivalent travel documents to freely enter and exit all destinations
- Ability to successfully complete four (4) weeks of Flight Attendant Initial Training (virtual and in-person), including the Initial Operating Experience (on the job evaluation) within 15 days after graduation
- Ability to comply with our Professional Appearance Guidelines: no tattoos on hands or fingers. Ability to cover non-hand/finger tattoos with make-up or clothing, no more than two pairs of earrings in the earlobes, one nose piercing may be worn on the side of the nose only
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
