About the Role
Our client is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead operations for their new arcade venue. This includes managing staff, ensuring all arcade machines are maintained, overseeing the kitchen area, running a small retail store, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily operations across the arcade, kitchen, and front-of-house.
- Manage, train, schedule, and motivate staff.
- Ensure arcade machine maintenance and functionality.
- Oversee kitchen inventory and readiness.
- Build and manage weekly staffing schedules.
- Manage in-store and online retail shop inventory.
- Promote events and activities in-store and on social media.
- Drive sales of specialty products such as pinball machines.
- Ensure the team meets performance standards and deadlines.

Requirements
- 8 years of hospitality, restaurant, entertainment venue, or retail management experience.
-Must have ServSafe Manager Certification
-Must have NH Liquor Commission Management Training Seminar (MTS)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building ability.
- Confidence in decision-making and operational control.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work Wednesday–Sunday, 2 PM–11 PM.
Schedule & Compensation
- Salary: ~$75,000/year
- Hours: Wednesday–Sunday, 2 PM–11 PM
- Full-time, on-site position (Manchester, NH area)
- Paid tryouts available prior to final hire
