Provide reliable passenger transportation for community riders, including paratransit and shuttle customers. Safely operate company vehicles, follow assigned routes, and deliver excellent customer service throughout each trip.

- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Assist passengers with boarding, safe seating, and securing mobility devices
- Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to support safe, timely service
- Provide respectful, inclusive service to all passengers
- Valid Non-CDL driver’s license
- Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to assist passengers
- Attention to detail for inspections, logs, and reporting
- Clear communication skills for coordination with dispatch
