- Conducting on-site assessments and delivering presentations for uniform rental, facility services, and related programs
- Developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements
- Maintaining accurate client information in CRM and tracking sales activities
- Exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- 0-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or janitorial services
- Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets and manage full sales cycles
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
