- Preparing stock for distribution, maintaining inventory records, and conducting stock audits.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Constructing and dismantling product cages, cleaning, rotating stock, and developing liquidation strategies.
- Managing POS systems, setting up bars, and ensuring sanitation standards.
- Supervising staff, promoting teamwork, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Performing preventative maintenance, recommending equipment upgrades, and filling in for absent employees.
- Supporting event preparation, attending meetings, and maintaining communication with staff.
- High School Diploma and prior warehouse or hospitality experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management, basic computer skills, and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications.
- Capability to work under stress, multitask, and occasionally work nights or weekends.
