This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thermal, CA, for a Human Resource Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, supporting employee relations, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role includes acting as a trusted advisor to management regarding HR strategies, addressing workplace issues, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices.
