PER DIEM CLINIC RN

CMC is looking for a Per Diem Clinic RN to join a busy Family Practice team! This position is responsible for providing care that reflects initiative, flexibility and responsibility, working quickly and efficiently to provide patient centered care in, at times, a stressful environment. The Clinic RN determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system. Concurrently, this position works as an advocate for quality and patient safety by thoroughly documenting the patient visit in a manner consistent with current standards of care and CMCs Mission, Vision and Values. The Clinic RN communicates with clinical providers about changes in patient's status, symptomatology, and results of diagnostic studies; and is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. The selected candidate will be required to be a team player, and help the Family Practice team with all tasks including rooming patients, completing hands-on tasks, along with additional Medication Administration and refills, local school nurse guidance and other duties as assigned. Benefits/Salary

Benefits/Salary: Per Diem employees are not eligible for benefits, but will receive a 15% differential on top of their base wage, as well as Paid Sick Leave accrual (.025/hr).

Pay/Grade Range: The pay grade range for this position has been finalized for the facility according to an evaluation of the roles’ duties and requirements. The selected candidate will be placed within the appropriate range based on job knowledge, skills, education and experience.
