Coulee Medical Center is looking for a Night Shift Registered Nurse to join our team! This full-time night shift position works in both the Acute and LTS departments to quickly and efficiently address patient concerns, while gathering pertinent information to assist the provider in determining the absolute best care. The NOC RN position will be responsible for supervising care given by LPNs, HCAs, NACs and other non-license personnel, while also acting as a patient advocate from newborn to geriatric care. Certificates and Licenses:
- Current RN license required
- ACLS, NRP, & PALS/ENPC certification required, or must be obtained within one year of hire date
BONUS DETAILS – SIGN-ON & RETENTION:
- $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid upon hire)
- $2,000 1-year Retention Bonus
- $2,000 2-year Retention Bonus
*Any person who has been employed with Coulee Medical Center in the last 24 months is not eligible to receive recruitment related sign-on and/or retention bonuses
$3.50/hr. night differential/$2.50/hr. weekend differential

Coulee Medical Center is a 25-bed Trauma Level IV Critical Access Hospital with a very important job: to serve the healthcare needs of our rural community with the best in patient care, medical expertise, and personalized service. Based out of our new state-of-the-art, 66,000-square-foot facility near the famous Grand Coulee Dam, we provide professional medical services to the residents and visitors of the greater Grand Coulee area, the five surrounding counties, and the nearby Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation. Pay/Grade Range: The pay grade range for this position has been finalized for the facility according to an evaluation of the roles’ duties and requirements. The selected candidate will be placed within the appropriate range based on job knowledge, skills, education and experience.
