Route Sales & Delivery Representative
**Schedule:** 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
*Some days may be shorter or longer depending on the route.*
We are a fast-growing snack and beverage distribution company looking for an **outgoing, dependable, and highly personable Route Sales & Delivery Representative** to take over an established route.
This is much more than a delivery job. You will **manage the route as if it were your own business**, building strong relationships with store owners and managers while growing sales within each account.
What You'll Do
* Follow a scheduled route and service stores throughout the day
* Write orders and deliver product directly from the box truck
* Merchandise, rotate, and stock products. Lifting up to 15 lbs consistently
* Manage and grow full sections within stores
* Create and expand product displays
* Upsell and introduce new products to existing accounts
* Build strong, long-term relationships with store owners and managers
* Keep your accounts organized, stocked, and looking their best
* Look for opportunities to grow sales throughout your route

Compensation
