At Coughlin Chillicothe GM, we've got more business than we can handle and we need you! We are currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our location.
The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the customer as it relates to their vehicle: status, repairs and diagnostics. You need to be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments
- Write repair orders
- Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
- Assist your client through the service process.
- Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure
