CONCRETE SAW & CORE DRILLING OPERATOR (Min 2 Yrs Exp)

COUGAR COMPANIES is seeking an EXPERIENCED CONCRETE SAW & CORE DRILLING OPERATOR.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in concrete cutting and the ability to operate various power and hand tools safely and efficiently on commercial and residential sites.

NOTE: If you have not been employed as a concrete saw operator or core drilling operator for a minimum of 2 years you will not be considered for this position.

Duties:

• Operate concrete cutting equipment such as hydraulic wet saws, core drills, slab saws, and wall saws to perform precise cuts according to project specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools.
• Safely operate box trucks as well as trucks with trailers.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across construction sites.
• Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols, proper equipment maintenance practices, orderly work areas including the vehicle to contribute to overall job site housekeeping .
• Collaborate with team members on site to ensure project timelines are met safely while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Be capable and willing to perform general manual labor when not actively operating equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a concrete cutting operator.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights if necessary.
• Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver’s license. Your driving history will be verified with your permission
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Legal to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

NOTE: THE CONCRETE SAW & CORE DRILLING OPERATOR POSITION IS NOT A JOB YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR IF YOUR ONLY QUALIFICATION IS A DRIVER'S LICENSE. THIS JOB REQUIRES EXPERIENCE OPERATING CONCRETE SAWS DUE TO THE SAFETY ASPECT. IT IS NOT a driving only job or an alternative to driving OTR.

Salary: PAY BASED UPON EXPERIENCE.
