About Us
Couch Guy is a family-run furniture business serving the Willamette Valley. We sell American-made modular sectionals and deliver them fast, usually within 72 hours of purchase. No big box hassle, no pushy sales floor. Just good couches and straightforward service.
The Role
As a Delivery Associate, you're the second set of hands on every delivery. You'll work alongside our Lead Delivery Driver to get sectionals safely into customers' homes, set them up, and make sure every delivery is fast, careful, and professional.
This is a hands-on, physical role. You'll be lifting, carrying, and maneuvering large furniture through doorways, stairs, and tight spaces, multiple times a day.
What you'll do:
- Help carry and place modular sectional pieces in customers' homes
- Assist with in-home setup and arrangement
- Help keep the truck loaded, organized, and on schedule
- Represent Couch Guy professionally in every customer interaction
- Help unload freight on truck delivery days
This Job Is NOT For You If...
- You're not comfortable with regular heavy lifting (sectional pieces can be large and awkward)
- You need a fully predictable 9-to-5 schedule

Pay
- $16/hour, paid for all time on the clock
- $5 per delivery performance bonus, scales up to $6 on efficient days
- Weekly pay

Growth Path
This role is the path to becoming a Lead Delivery Driver. Associates who show up consistently, work hard, and learn the job have the first shot at moving into a Lead role when one opens up.

Schedule
Part-time. Delivery days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. These days must be avaliable on your weekly schedule.
