Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Therapist based in Elmhurst, IL and/or Glen Ellyn, IL offering a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility. The Therapist will provide compassionate, client-centered mental health care, developing customized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical records. They will collaborate closely with the team and contribute to a supportive and empowering workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in therapy
- Expertise in developing personalized treatment plans and effective therapeutic strategies
- Exceptional communication skills, active listening abilities, and empathetic engagement with clients
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Current licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or equivalent credentials in Illinois
- Experience using electronic health records for documentation purposes
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of best practices in mental health care
- Cultural competence and a passion for fostering diversity and inclusivity in therapy practices
