Your Core Responsibilities

• Champion interdepartmental collaboration to drive enrollment growth, student retention, and academic outcomes.
• Align campus performance with key metrics: financial goals, graduation rates, and job placement.
• Cultivate a supportive, people-centered workplace that motivates staff and energizes culture.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Oversee budget management, staffing decisions, and operational efficiency.
• Engage industry partners, accrediting bodies, and local communities.
• Leverage data and reporting tools to drive insight-based decision-making.
• Lead PAC and Advisory Board initiatives, while mentoring leadership across departments.

Qualifications That Set You Up For Success

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
• 7–10 years of senior management experience in post-secondary education (private sector a plus)
• Proven success in admissions, retention, compliance, and team leadership
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office
