Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Assistant. You will administer treatment protocols in a one on one setting with clients . This is a part time position with competitive pay. Training and certification will be provided on site, using laser and nutritional information about weight loss.
Responsibilities:
- One on one exchange with clients.
- Note taking and phone communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and their families.
- Ability to handle phones, scheduling and front desk tasks.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology in daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- - High school diploma or equivalent required with experience in a medical setting would be beneficial.- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
