In this role, you will work full-time. A flexible schedule is required, which includes weekends and evening hours.

Leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience required.

Minimum of one year of experience in multifamily property management required.

General marketing, social media, and online marketing experience required.
- Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.
- A good understanding of basic accounting practices is a plus.
- Entrata Core experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Overseeing Customer Experience Specialist performance.

Processing applications and leases.

Assisting with move-in and move-out needs, including generating documentation and contracts necessary for renting.

Assisting with outreach marketing, social media marketing, and with coordinating leasing and resident activities.

May occasionally perform supervisory duties in the absence of the Community Manager.
