Nursing Assistant Trainee Job Qualifications:
Current CNA certification or willingness to complete the Nurse Aide Training Program
CPR certification preferred
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Must be dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
Nursing Assistant Trainee Job Duties:
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Support the nursing team and provide compassionate resident care
Follow state and federal guidelines
Follow facility policies and procedures

Cottonwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is currently hiring Nursing Assistant Trainees to join our team and prepare for our upcoming Nurse Aide Training Program!
The Next Class Begins October 5!
Lecture Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays
9:00 AM–12:00 PM
The six-week lecture portion of the program will run from October 5 through November 10.
Students will also complete required skills training and clinical requirements as part of the Nurse Aide Training Program.
Completion of the training program will prepare students to take the State Certification Test and pursue CNA certification.
