Responsibilities
The primary functions of the Office Assistant is to support the Office Manager and process cases.
- Answering Phones
- Case Entry/Case Scheduling
- Shipping and receiving
- Event and meeting planning
- Assisting with the organization of the office
- Supporting other office assistants, as needed
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Working knowledge (or ability to learn) industry software such as Magic Touch / Dental Lab
- Ability to be self-driven and motivated
- Ability to organize and stay organized; and multi-task
- Working knowledge of (or ability to learn) oral anatomy and familiarity of orthodontic appliances
Hours Required: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wage: $15.50/hr. Opportunity for increase upon proficiency and increase of responsibility.
