As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll build relationships, provide day-to-day support, and be part of a team that values respect, inclusion, and purpose.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll help individuals with daily routines and personal goals. Your work may include:
- Assisting with meals, shopping, and household tasks
- Supporting personal care such as hygiene and daily living needs
- Providing transportation to work, appointments, and activities
- Encouraging participation in hobbies and community events
- Creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment
- Helping individuals stay engaged and connected

Schedule
- Evening and weekend availability preferred

What You Bring
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
