This role plays a key part in guiding facility-level HR practices, coaching leaders, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving consistent processes, and supporting a positive workplace culture across multiple states.
Position Overview
The Regional HR Admin will serve as a primary HR resource for multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities, providing expertise in employee relations, payroll oversight, onboarding, training, workers’ compensation, and regulatory compliance. This individual will work closely with facility leadership teams and Business Office Managers, offering support, training, and guidance to ensure consistency and accuracy in all HR functions. The ideal candidate has strong multi-site HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main HR resources for assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities across UT, MT, NV and CO.
- Partner with the Director of HR to implement HR initiatives, policies, and best practices company-wide.
- Oversee and support payroll processing at facility locations (preferably with experience using iSolved by Paylogics or Workday).
- Lead, coordinate, and support onboarding processes for facility staff.
- Train and mentor Business Office Managers and facility leaders on HR procedures, compliance, and system usage.
- Serve as primary HR resources for facility leadership on investigations, performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, including labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Manage and support Workers’ Compensation processes, including claim reporting and follow-through.
- Assist in building and sustaining a positive culture and strong employee morale across facilities.
- Support organizational development initiatives, training programs, and process improvements.
- Maintain strong communication with facility leaders and corporate teams to ensure consistent HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (or actively working toward degree).
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional role.
- Strong working knowledge of HR laws and practices in Utah, Montana, Nevada, and/or Colorado.
- Experience in the Healthcare or Skilled Nursing industry strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with payroll and HRIS systems, preferably iSolved by Paylogics and/or Workday.
