The Administrator in Training (AIT) role is a full-time, on-site opportunity for motivated individuals who want to build a career in skilled nursing leadership. We are looking for AIT candidates in Fort Collins, Denver, Colorado Springs, and Grand Junction.
You’ll work directly with experienced administrators and department leaders to learn facility operations, resident care, staffing, budgeting, compliance, culture, and team leadership.
This is a hands-on leadership development role with real exposure, real responsibility, and major growth opportunities as Cottonwood continues expanding.
Ideal candidates are: motivated, organized, coachable, strong communicators, and passionate about serving residents and leading teams. A degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field is preferred, and interest in becoming a licensed Nursing Home Administrator is a plus.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
