Duties
- Assist in supervising children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to health and safety standards, including pediatric first aid and child supervision protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily experiences
- Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine care tasks for infants and toddlers
Skills
Knowledge of childhood development stages and early childhood education best practices
- Experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers.
- Classroom experience in daycare or preschool settings with proven classroom management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children to foster a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support positive social interactions among children
