We are seeking an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and confidence. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing retail environment.
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy and integrity.
- Implement operational procedures for safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Drive marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store visibility and sales.
Experience
- Proven management experience in the retail industry with a focus on sales team leadership.
- Strong background in supervising staff, conducting interviews, and employee training & development.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS systems, bookkeeping, and basic math skills.
- Excellent communication skills are highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability in operational management including budgeting, merchandising, pricing, and stock control.
- Experience in cashiering, customer service excellence, shift management, and retail math is essential.
- Prior manager or supervisory experience within a retail store is preferred.
