Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bay Shore, NY. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer experiences, and uphold the brand’s standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing effective merchandising strategies, supervising staff performance, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring operational efficiency.
