Role Description The Keyholder role at Cotton On Group is a part-time, on-site position based in Lone Tree, CO. The Keyholder supports store leadership by opening and closing the store, maintaining store security, and ensuring operational standards are met during assigned shifts. Day-to-day tasks include engaging customers, delivering an excellent in-store experience, driving retail sales, and providing responsive customer service. The Keyholder assists with merchandising, replenishing stock, maintaining visual standards, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized. This role may also guide and support team members on the floor, model company values, and help uphold Cotton On Group’s commitment to a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to engage shoppers, resolve issues, and create a welcoming store environment.
- Solid Retail Sales and Communication skills to drive sales, explain promotions, and interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Good Product Knowledge to recommend items, answer questions, and support merchandising and inventory decisions.
- Previous retail or keyholder experience, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling, is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move stock, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and attention to detail in following store policies and security procedures.
- Commitment to working in a diverse, inclusive team environment and contributing positively to store culture.
