Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Job Captain at Cotton Architecture Design. The Job Captain will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities, implementing design and technical solutions, leading a team of architects and designers, and ensuring quality control. The Job Captain will also collaborate with project managers, clients, and consultants and will be involved in all project phases from design through construction administration.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Revit, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in project coordination and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Experience in healthcare, industrial, institutional, or commercial, projects is a plus
