Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Job Captain, Architectural BIM Modeler to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The Job Captain will support design projects, oversee the development and coordination of architectural drawings, and ensure the accurate creation and implementation of BIM models. Responsibilities include collaborating with design and project teams, conducting quality control checks, and meeting client requirements efficiently. The role also requires staying updated on industry standards and BIM-related advancements to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, including experience with Revit.
- Strong skills in architectural design, drafting, and 3D modeling.
- Understanding of construction documentation, technical detailing, and code compliance.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage projects effectively, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Experience in healthcare, industrial, or commercial architecture is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address design and construction challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
