Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in clients
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations & follow-ups
- Supporting providers with flow & organization
- Managing phones, texts, and client communication
- Assisting with retail sales & memberships
- Light social media support & promotions
- Inventory coordination & daily spa operations
Ideal candidate:
- Friendly, reliable, and professional
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Sales-minded without being pushy
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Medical spa or customer service experience preferred
Schedule:
- Part-time to full-time potential
- Weekdays limited hours on Saturdays (We are closed Sunday Mondays)
