Program Manager
Help us grow the Cotting Transition Institute (CTI), a new and one of a kind offering! The CTI, housed on the campus of Cotting School, serves as a center of excellence for adults with disabilities across the Commonwealth.
The Program Manager is a year round 52 week position and will serve as an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the CTI. You will be part of a dynamic team, working collaboratively to create innovative resources, connections, workshops, events and programming for adults with disabilities and their families.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Cotting Programs, the Program Manager will be responsible for tasks including design and execution of events, workshops and seminars. Further, the Program Manager will assist with managing the online presence of the CTI, updating our website, member newsletter, and resources online.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the CTI team to create and manage the CTI schedule of events
Execute and manage events for participants in person and online
Ensure participants are properly registered for events including following up with paperwork and payment
Maintain database of parent/community volunteers and their areas of expertise
Manage CTI Membership including annual renewals and database
Monitor the online presence of the CTI, including updating the website, monthly newsletters and resources online
Provide oversight and direction to the CTI Staff and volunteers at events
Other duties as assigned
Salary : $58,000 - $68,000
