The Welder/Fabricator position at Cotter Brothers consists of the
following responsibilities: Full time work in a climate-controlled
fabrication shop. TIG welding and fabricating process piping systems
with stainless steel and higher purity alloys. Understanding and
following safety measures and requirements. Reading and interpreting
drawings (P&ID, Isometric) to build custom piping systems and structural
frames. Adapting and learning on the job, working in small teams to
complete tasks. Bringing a positive attitude and working with peers to
foster a happy and healthy work environment. Qualifications: 3-5 Years
experience TIG welding / pipe fitting / custom metal fabrication in a
similar field / industry. Ability to read and interpret detailed
drawings to build and assemble process piping systems. Forklift
Operation Certification Is Preferred But Not Required. High School
diploma or equivalent. Ability to efficiently work in small teams to
complete tasks and meet schedule deadlines. Willing and eager to learn
and grow with a small family-owned business that values hard work and
camaraderie. Show up on time and ready for work. Additional Details:
Cotter Brothers trains all incoming employees on shop/jobsite safety,
standard operating procedures. Standard work hours are only 1 shift:
7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri, 40 hours with potential for overtime, 7am-5:30pm
