help run our shipping and receiving department. This role is essential
to our facility, ensuring that every part for our high-purity projects
is organized, tracked, and moved safely to the right spot. We are
looking for a hard worker with a sharp eye for detail who is ready to
jump into a professional manufacturing environment. This is a full-time
position with a consistent schedule of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday
through Friday. Beyond the daily warehouse tasks, this is a unique
opportunity to learn about a highly specialized side of fabrication.
Whether you have years of experience or are just starting out, you will
gain hands-on experience with the materials and high standards required
for the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. What you?ll do: Move and
Lift: Regularly handle heavy boxes and incoming and outgoing shipments.
Stay Organized: Keep the Shipping area clean and make sure parts are put
in its correct places. Check the Details: Double-check that what is on
the paperwork matches what is in the boxes so nothing gets lost. Be a
Team Player: Work with our fabrication team to make sure they have the
materials they need to keep moving. Track Documents: Organize and keep
track of all packing slips and material documentation to ensure we have
a paper trail for every part. Quality Checks: You will work closely with
our QA/QC team to make sure items are inspected and meet strict
pharmaceutical guidelines. Shop Support: Help keep our workspace
professional by performing cleaning tasks and other duties as assigned
to support the fabrication team. \*Being forklift certified is a plus\*
