Position: HVAC Service Technician (4–6 Years Experience)

Location: 217 Fordham Street, Bronx, NY 10464

Job Description: Cottam HVAC Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Technician. Applicants must have 4–6 years of verifiable field experience in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Mandatory Qualifications:

4–6 years of field experience.
EPA Certification.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Strong technical diagnostic skills.
